Return & Refund Policy

We appreciate your interest in nebulyft® devices. We strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible. However, we understand that you may not be completely satisfied with your purchase. To assist you in the event of a return, please review our return and refund policies and guidelines below:

- Cancellations

We process purchase orders in real-time to ensure that customers receive their nebulyft® orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is confirmed, cancellation is not possible. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to return your purchase. In such cases, please contact nebulyft® Customer Service at support@nebulyft.com to receive return instructions. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with the return process.

Please note that if you request a refund after the order has been shipped, we will charge a $20 shipping and handling fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

Orders cannot be canceled more than 28 days after they are shipped.

- Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your Nebulyft device purchase, you may return it within 28
days of receiving it for a refund.

  • The Nebulyft device must be returned in its original box with all original items undamaged.
  • Please note that international relocation is not supported for Nebulyft device returns, even if requested within 28 days of receipt. Our return service is currently available exclusively for US regions.
  • If your Nebulyft device order has already shipped and you wish to return it, please collect the package first. Afterward, contact Nebulyft Support via support@nebulyft.com to receive return instructions.
  • A double shipping fee may be deducted from the original payment if you decline the shipment for the Nebulyft device. A shipping and handling fee of $20 will apply to all Nebulyft returns.
  • Gels and Face Masks: For hygiene and quality reasons, opened gels and face masks cannot be returned. Please ensure you're certain before opening these products.

Return Procedure

If you purchased a nebulyft® device from Rebeccatech LLC. and wish to return it, please follow the steps below:

  • Email nebulyft® Customer Service at support@nebulyft.com to request a Shipping Label.
  • Once approved, you will receive an email along with a USPS®️ Return Label.
  • Carefully package all components/products included in your original order in a shipping box and affix the shipping label to the box.

Please note that Rebeccatech LLC. cannot accept returns for products purchased at third-party retailers. If you purchased your nebulyft® from anywhere other than Rebeccatech LLC., you must contact the retailer directly for their return policy.

Please be advised that returns will not be accepted without prior authorization, and your returned product must have a return label created by Rebeccatech LLC.Returns without a assigned return label will be rejected to the sender. 

To avoid damage during shipping, please ensure that the product is carefully packaged in its original packaging materials. Units returned in damaged condition may receive partial credit at the discretion of Rebeccatech LLC.

- Refund

Once we have received your returned product, we will initiate the refund process within 14 business days. We collect returning shipments every Friday and conduct inspections on Monday and Tuesday. Upon completion of the inspection, we will issue the refund in the upcoming 48 hours. The entire refund process can take up to 14 business days. You will be notified via email once your refund is processed. If you haven't received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us at support@nebulyft.com.
